Tips for Healthy eyes:

DO
Do have your eyes tested every two years. Children and pensioners should have an annual check up.
Do read and work in good light. To avoid glare and shadow, make sure that the light falls over your shoulder.
Do rest your eyes at least every 30 minutes when reading sewing, using a computer or the like, by looking up and focussing at distant objects.
Do make sure that your computer and television screens are sharply focused.

How to look taller:

Most women, no matter what their height want to look a little taller. There are a number of little tricks to make yourself appear taller. Check out ways to add an inch or two (atleast) inches to your height.

The first thing that needs to be taken care of is the extra fat around the belt, if any. Don't use the excuse that it is middle age spread and that it is natural. Losing five to ten pounds will do good to your health besides giving you a taller appearance. While you are working off that extra ten pounds, pick up some new outfits that are not baggy.

Pay attention to your posture. Without our Mom's constantly telling us to stand up straight, we tend to forget and for some reason, slouching simply feels comfortable. Unfortunately, it also makes you shorter than you actually are.

Five minute make up:

You do not have to wear enormous amounts of cosmetics to be wearing proper make up. If you do not have much time try this routine, it is guaranteed to get you looking good in five minutes.

Apply a base of tinted moisturizer such as ordinary face cream mixed with foundation.

While your base settles apply a spot of petroleum jelly to your eyebrows and then coax them in your brows upwards.

Next carefully brush a couple of coats of mascara on to your upper and lower lashes.

Apply lipstick blot with a tissue and then apply a second coat.

Dust powder over your forehead, nose, lips and chin.

You should wait at least 60-90 minutes after a full meal before engaging in cardiovascular exercise. The level of exercise and the amount and type of food consumed affect the time required for digestion to be completed before beginning exercise. The higher the exercise intensity and/or the greater the amount food consumed, the longer the time should be between eating and exercising.
