What can be more fulfilling than a Sunday afternoon spent with the enthusiastic bunch of girls from the Udayan Shalini Foundation(USF)? Conducted a workshop on 'How to build Self-Esteem', aimed at skill training & personality development of girls from underprivileged socio-economic backgrounds.
My approach: Start with the 'why', explain them 'how' and finally impelling them to try it themselves through hands-on tasks & role-plays.
