What actually stops us from reaching our potential? Is it a lack of skills, or a lack of belief?
We spend a lot of time honing and upgrading our skills. However, if the skills are not backed by our beliefs it will not be possible to achieve what we strive for. Our beliefs develop overtime as a subconscious pattern and unless we change / break the pattern the results will not change … we will continue in the same loop.
The good news? Like any software, our subconscious is a habit mind which works on repetitions can be rewritten. Once we become aware of the patterns holding us back, we can change the program by new repetitions which will create a new belief system which will completely shift the trajectory of our life and career.

Sounds familiar!! We tend to keep postponing what we need to do in the NOW. Choice and possibilities exist in the NOW and not in the FUTURE of which we have no control !! So let’s stop living like we’re in a waiting room for a “big event” that never starts.
Life isn’t what happens later. It’s what’s happening right now. Let’s stop looking so far ahead and start being here. Time’s too short…. Before we realise it just evaporates !!!

As a leader, if you feel the need to be in every meeting, every decision, and every minor discussion, it isn’t ‘attention to detail’, it’s your fear of losing control.
Your refusal to let go creates a bottle neck which discourages your team to think independently, breeds a zero error syndrome which limits growth and leads to disengagement with and within the team/organisation.
As a leader your job isn't to oversee every move; it’s to provide the ‘What’ and ‘Why’ and give the team the space to figure out the ‘How’.
When people understand the bigger picture, they don’t need a micromanager—they need the space to step up and lead.
