Frequent urination—but tests come back normal?
It may not be “just the bladder.”

When histamine activity increases, it can make the bladder lining more sensitive and reactive.
The result → stronger, earlier urge signals… even when the bladder isn’t full.

This is why you may notice:
• Going more often
• Sudden urgency
• Passing small amounts
• Symptoms that fluctuate or worsen at night

This pattern is often seen in Interstitial cystitis—but it can also show up more subtly, without a diagnosis.

The body rarely works in isolation.
Sometimes, urinary frequency is a signal of a deeper, system-wide response.

Not all histamine intolerance starts in the gut.

Sometimes, it starts with a silent viral trigger like Epstein-Barr Virus.

When the immune system is constantly activated, mast cells become more reactive—and suddenly, everything feels like a trigger.

If symptoms aren’t resolving despite dietary changes…
it’s time to think deeper.

Treat the cause, not just the reaction.
