How to overcome from stress or anxiety? There are so many ways to overcome from stress or anxiety such as- Take deep breath hold it for 15-20 second and release it. Repeat it at least 3-4 times in a day. I am damn sure you will overcome from such problem.

Overcome from stress by keeping deep breathing, do it for at least 10 minutes.
