उत्तर- नही Explanation- सीआरपीसी की धारा 46(4) के तहत किसी भी महिला को सूर्यास्त के बाद और सूर्योदय से पहले गिरफ्तार नहीं किया जा सकता है। वहीं अगर कारण गंभीर है तो लिखित अनुमति के साथ-साथ पुलिस को किसी महिला पुलिसकर्मी को भी लेकर जाना होगा।
