नेत्री ग्रामीण महिला उद्योजकांना त्यांचे बाजारपेठेतील ज्ञान सुधारण्यात आणि विद्यमान सामाजिक-आर्थिक रचनेमध्ये त्यांचा व्यवसाय वाढविण्यात मदत करत आहे.
कार्यक्रमात सहभागी झालेल्या सरिता गेल्या १५-२० वर्षांपासून शेती करत आहेत. पण शेतीचा व्यवसाय केवळ 9 महिन्यांसाठी असल्याने, सरिताने उत्पन्नाचा दुय्यम स्रोत म्हणून मिर्ची कांडप आणि घरगुती पदार्थ बनविण्याचा व्यवसाय सुरू केला. शिक्षण कमी असूनही , तिने आपला व्यवसाय चालविला होता, परंतु अडचणीशिवाय नाही.

Sarita, one of the participants in the program, has been farming for the last 15-20 years. But as farming activity is only for 9 months, Sarita started her poultry and dairy business as a secondary income source. Despite being uneducated, she had managed to run her business, but not without difficulties.
Sarita joined Netri and learned about financial management, which she applied to her business. As part of the program, Netri women visit the market to understand the market dynamics. There, Sarita realized that the goods were sold at a higher price than earlier. She gained the confidence to talk with dealers and learned bargaining skills. This helped her consolidate four businesses into two, which increased her power to manage her business better. As a result, she increased her weekly profit from 1k to 5k per week.
Thanks to Netri, Sarita now has the confidence to live life on her own terms. She has a more balanced personal life and has complete command of her business and income. It's amazing to see such positive changes in the lives
