When past clients ask you to stop and take a look at their soffit and fascia damage, we didn’t know the extent. After some demo and evaluation, the job requires removal of rotted framing and trim. We are installing a Miratec and Hardiboard combination to give this house a rot resistant trim that matches the existing profile! Our owners are thrilled this is getting fixed.
