- Responsible for end to end Recruitment , Headhunting and Talent Acquisition.
- Extensively work on job boards like Naukri ,shine,Time Jobs and social networking sites like Linkedin, etc.
- Calling the candidates and taking their initial telephonic interview.
- Handling Sourcing of the CVs as per the client's requirement.
- Sourcing through job portals
- Sourcing CVs through passive search (Networking sites)
- Reference check of the shortlisted candidates.
- Responsible for completion of all joining & Induction formalities for the new recruits.
