MasCom successfully conducted its fifth workshop in collaboration with the Career Counselling & Placement Cell of Ram Lal Anand College, Delhi University on the topic: Soft Skills Development and Employability Enhancement.

Sahib Chawla, Our Co-founder who is pursuing his PGP from IIM Lucknow shared some insightful tips with the 3rd year students which will be significantly useful for them in preparing for placements and even CAT exams.

Our Founder, CA Gautam Gambhir shared his experiences about how important it is to have a distinctive factor in your personality in the form of soft skills, in today’s highly competitive scenario.

It was really exciting to understand and solve the problems of the young blood of Delhi University.
The session majorly focussed on communication, public speaking, and what differentiates industry/work-life from college life.

The students were overwhelmed with the learnings and experiences and were excited about upcoming workshops.
Also, interacting with the Delhi University professors was a treat in itself.

The Mascom Foundation is thankful to everyone for allowing us to add value to the youth of our country.

This was just a small beginning.

MasCom successfully conducted its fourth workshop Interview and GD 2.0.

This time it was conducted exclusively for the Chartered accountants' community.

It was a treat to interact and understand the problems of fresh Chartered Accountants.
Their major concerns included Communication, Public Speaking and how to ace Interviews & GDs.

Our founder CA who has had Interview experiences with more than 15 Companies including the Big Fours, Nestle, Marriot, BPCL, Hero, Maruti, Protiviti, etc. shared his personal experience with them about the campus placements and equipped them with the necessary tips and tricks to crack the wall of GDs and Interviews.

The participants were overwhelmed with the learnings and experiences and were excited about upcoming workshops.

Team MasCom wishes them all the luck for their upcoming interviews and is sure that they would carry learnings from the workshop and make MasCom proud.
