Syngrity pioneered Corporate Drum Circles in India way back in 2003. We called the drum circle, Percussion Workout, because it really works your hand and body.
Dr. Sina Fakhroddin, a PhD in Indian and Iranian Classical music and Vikram Badhwar are the master facilitators for the Percussion Workout.
The success of any experiential intervention lies in its processing and we are good at it. Through the Percussion Workout, we are able to deconstruct aspects of teamwork and collaboration; strengths required in today's work culture.
