Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this position is to serve as a Workday HR Subject Matter Expert, providing system administration as well as user support. Main activities are providing business process and application support, integration support, configuration, reporting, data audits, and incident and problem resolution.

Responsibilities include:
Working with team members to provide day-to-day support to functional areas and users.
Troubleshooting complex process, application, and functional issues and engaging cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
Serving as the Workday Security Administrator. Creating new Security Groups and Roles. Troubleshooting, investigating, and configuring domain and business process security based on business requirements. Recommending appropriate security groups for individual users. Setting up and granting Contingent Worker and Service Center Representative access. Tracking, resolving, and documenting service desk tickets and performing semi-annual access review audits.
Performing mass data loads (EIBs) of varying level of complexity to include Hire, Termination, Change Job, Assign Organization, Add Update Organization, Put Job Profile, Put Location, Put Compensation Grade, etc. Formatting,

Opening for SSA - Select Service Advisors - Customer service + Renewals profile.
Required - Customer service with target and pressure handling experience - Sales experience will also do. Also should be okay to work for the same

Male - 2 PM - 11 PM - Fix shift
2 Rotational off.
