A 6,556 sq. ft. brewery restaurant conceived as a lush, theatrical escape—where dining unfolds almost like a performance. Deep emerald velvet, sage-toned fluted surfaces, richly veined stone, aged metal and ochre upholstery shape an atmosphere that feels warm, dramatic and immersive.

The illuminated stage becomes the soul of the space, while sculptural woven installations, mature olive trees and layered amber lighting bring movement, softness and character. Designed for long conversations, spirited evenings and experiences that linger well beyond the final pour.
