Headline: 🇮🇳 ⚔️ 🇺🇿 The Battle of the Rising Giants!
Body:
A tough day at the office for our star, R Praggnanandhaa. In Round 3 of the 2026 Candidates Tournament, Pragg faced off against Uzbekistan's Javokhir Sindarov in what has become one of the most exciting rivalries in modern chess.
Despite a strong start to the tournament, Pragg suffered a setback today with the white pieces. This win moves Sindarov into a joint lead with Fabiano Caruana, both sitting at 2.5/3.
It’s a long tournament, and we know Pragg has the resilience to bounce back! Meanwhile, R Vaishali and Divya Deshmukh held their ground with solid draws in their respective matches.
What are your predictions for Round 4? Can the Indian contingent turn the tide? 👇
