Hello Poetry Lovers, and thank you!
‘The Good Poetry Project’ will be a year old in a couple of weeks, and we are grateful. Grateful, for this opportunity to identify, transcreate and promote meaningful poetry.
Here is a poem about how we feel today.

‘Our Home’

A few months ago, nothing really changed
Except, another cloud, took the shape of a face
Pages and pens and ink were arranged
And with lines was drawn on pages, a ‘space’
(The cloud, of course, took the shape of a face)

The pages were then, handed neatly to folks
Who feel and think and go deeper than most
The ink went to work, the pens made the move
and pages found wind and flew coast to coast
(To people, who think, and go deeper than most)

And we sat on the ground, collecting these pages
Hoping the wind would bring more
This is ‘Our Home’ we built it in stages
Poems on the walls, the floor, the doors
(Hoping the wind would bring more)

Starting this week, we are bringing back poems that have been most appreciated in the last year, as a token of our love and gratitude towards our friends.
Let us start this week with Rudyard Kipling’s ‘If’, transcreated with love into - ‘Agar’. Have a great week, and Thank You again.
