ICE4CT motivates the scholars and researchers to gain confidence in the area they are working for. With the excellent coverage and potential authors, the proceedings of this conference provide outstanding support to the participants to support their research works. ICE4CT promotes research and development activities and to provide a global forum of discussion for academicians, leading technologies and engineers in the above technologies. ICE4CT is an excellent platform to build a strong research network thereby providing a unique platform to its presenters to get in to the network.

Fourth edition of ICE4CT is organized by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Technology, Universiti Malaysia Perlis, Malaysia during 02 - 03, December 2024. The conference will be held in HYBRID MODE, where authors shall present their papers either in ONLINE or Physical Mode as per their convenience. The conference welcomes experts, professionals, academicians and researchers from all over the world. There is an immense opportunity to learn and express the views through interactive sessions and technical paper presentation. Eminent Professionals, Scholar and Post Graduate young researcher will share their views and enhance knowledge on broad spectrums of Physical Sciences and Materials. Moreover, ICE4CT 2024 includes plenary lectures, keynote speakers’ eminent personalities from around the world in addition to contributed papers presentations.

Welcome to 2024 First IEEE International Conference for Women in Computing (InCoWoCo 2024) (www.incowoco.com) is a global series and an annual flagship conference proposed by IEEE WiE Affinity Group of IEEE Pune section. The conference is technically Co-sponsored by IEEE Pune Section. The series, starting in the year 2024, is to provide a common platform for researchers, especially women, from across the world to deliberate on broad understanding of computing concepts and its technical and business practices in the world of technological advancements. Women are paving their way and marking their presence in almost all tech fields. Since the beginning, women have carved a niche for themselves in the fields of Computers too. Be it the first computer programmer, compiler designer to application developers we have inspiring role models. Yet their achievements are very few when compared to male counterparts.
INCOWOCO 2024 is organized by the Symbiosis Institute of Computer Studies and Research (SICSR), Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune, Maharashtra, India and will be held during 14 - 15, November 2024. The conference aims to offer a great opportunity to bring together female professors, researchers and scholars around the globe, a great platform to deliver the latest innovative research results and the most recent developments and trends in Engineering, Science and Technology fields. The conference will feature invited talks from eminent personalities all around the world, pre-conference tutorial/workshops and referred paper presentations. The vision of INCOWOCO 2024 is to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of the above areas in Engineering, Science and Technology. Potential number of women participants gather at INCOWOCO to present research results, share visions and ideas, obtain updates on latest technologies and expand professional and social networking. The conference will be held in HYBRID MODE, where participants can participate either in Online or Physical mode based on their convenience.
The conference seeks submissions from women (at-least one author should be a female in the paper) working in Industry, Government and Academia showcasing Offbeat Interdisciplinary Research Papers on practical as well as theoretical aspects of Engineering, Science and Technology which is covered by the scope of IEEE. Interdisciplinary papers which focus on Functional aspects of Computing, Implementation of Electronics Technology and Employing Communication Engineering are encouraged. Advanced prototypes, tools and techniques, innovative ideas to be used in future are also inspired.

Authors will receive notification from the conference once the manuscript has been reviewed by the Technical Program Committee. InCoWoCo 2024 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE Women in Engineering Affinity Group Pune and IEEE Pune Section. Compilation of all the papers presented at the conference will be composed as a proceedings book volume. The IEEE conference record of InCoWoCo 2024 is #64194. All the submitted papers for IEEE INCOWOCO 2024 will undergo the stringent review process by the International Review Committee. All the accepted manuscripts which are registered for the conference and presented during the conference shall be published in the proceedings of the 2024 IEEE INCOWOCO 2024. The proceedings of IEEE INCOWOCO 2024 will be forwarded for the possible publication in IEEE Xplore, the digital library of IEEE.
