We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative (Female) to undertake all clerical duties at the desk
Must Have Following Requirement & Skills :
1. Strong communication and people skills.
2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
3. Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.),
4. Proficient in English, Hindi, Punjabi (oral and written).
Responsibilities :

1. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
2. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
3. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
4. Take up other duties as assigned
5. Keep updated records and files
