Under the mental health awareness campaign Project Aina, national level Virtual webinar series was launched. The main objective of this series is to make people aware of the negative impact of mental health during the period of COVID-19. The founder of Project Aina Psychologist Deepak Thakur, said that our team under guidance co-founder Nitin Sharma working day and night in the series of mental health awareness, as a result of which many free national and international level psychological sessions have been planned in future. The first session of the Mental Health Awareness Campaign was organized today on Sunday, July 11, on the Psychological Strategy To Deal With Stress. Dr Vaishali Gaur, HOD Department of Psychology, University Of Patanjali , while playing the role of guest speaker, said that stress has become an acting part of our life, from which it is impossible to turn away now, we have to face it in any situation because if we try to hide from stress. If it is, then it starts killing the person from within. We can also say that if there is any worst disease in this world then it is stress. Dr Vaishali said that it is not so difficult to avoid stress, just with a little understanding and awareness, we can get rid of this dreadful disease. Do not compromise with your sleep, add nutritious food to your diet, keep doing yoga and pranayama, keep away from the negative association of most ego and grow in association with positive people, we have to change our attitude and take every difficulty as a challenge If a person follows these simple rules, then the stress will be removed from his life very soon.
