Transforming Lives

It's not my today's decision. It's something which I have been deciding for a decade to create something of my own. 💯

But it wasn't possible without understanding and overcoming my own self sabotaging patterns. Now what is called patterns? 🤨

Patterns are something which we develop through our families, society, our schools, friends, media and our surroundings. 👉👈

The stories, the thinking patterns, the habits which we develop, makes our personality and very late I sensed that I have low self esteem issues, fear factors , self sabotaging beliefs and many more. With this belief system, I could not think to achieve my goals.

And therefore I have been led on to self healing journey. I started reading a lot of self help books📚, attended meditation retreats, went into counsellings and therapies🎎 to become the better version of me.

Now I feel so free and independent🫅 in myself that I have gathered massive confidence in me to start anything of my own choice.

All we need is to have strong willpower 🏋️and one decision to take action. I decided and initiated to create the life I desire to live. 💯
