Roles and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for planning, implementation and supervising project
· Responsible for assuring productivity, Quality, cost and safety of the entire project
· Managing to complete a project as per contract, specifications and drawings in given budget and time
· Completing contracts for architectural and civil work
· Review the quality (QA/QC) of the work with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the required standards
· Project Budgeting, Costing and Monitoring
· Organizing the various professional people working on a project
· Carrying out risk assessment and risk mitigation plan
· Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date
· Ensure all the necessary statutory compliance at site
· To maintain worthy relationship with the clients
Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate must have strong experience as a Project Manager / project coordinator in any reputed company with strong communication skills and any degree
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience/ fresher ( 6 moths)
