GoodWorks Group co-founder Vishwas Mudagal delivers Keynote Speech at NMKRV College for Women, Bengaluru for their Happiness Conclave

At the Happiness Conclave, a platform that explores happiness through diverse perspectives, Vishwas Mudagal engaged a hall full of young minds, sharing insights from his own journey, the ups, the failures, the reinventions, and the risks.

He emphasized that happiness is not a destination. It is not a milestone, a salary number, or a title. Happiness is a by product of a meaningful life and meaning does not come by accident, it comes by design.

Vishwas shared a simple 3 point formula for building a purposeful, fulfilling life:

1. Experiment.
Discover what you love and where your strengths lie by trying, failing, pivoting, and exploring. Experimentation creates clarity.

2. Pursue talent, not just passion.
Align what you enjoy with what you are naturally good at. Talent empowers, passion inspires. Together, they create confidence and happiness.

3. Become exceptional.
Mastery brings meaning, and financial independence ensures dignity, freedom, and stability. Passion without sustainability becomes frustration.

True happiness, he explained, lies at the intersection of purpose, skill, and prosperity.

Vishwas also showcased his upcoming novel Rudraman and the next characters from the VMU Superhero Universe, highlighting the power of storytelling to move and inspire people.

and how a lifelong passion for writing led to becoming a bestselling author and eventually creating the VMU Superhero Universe.

The keynote concluded with exclusive previews of upcoming VMU superhero trailers—met with an enthusiastic and memorable response from the audience.

The message was simple, yet powerful:
Resilience is built through failure.
