We are the Architect + Structural Engineers for this Steel Hybrid Building for Ethnic Silk Mills in Bengaluru.
The Structural system for the building is a combination of RCC columns and hot rolled Steel columns and Beams from Jindal. It is a Ground factory + Mezzanine + 1st floor office structure with office floor spanning approximately 18m (60 feet) column free. This is one of the largest office floor span building we have designed in Bengaluru.
