Due to inseasant rainfall from couple of days, portion of Interior road along with two boundary walls washed away into Doodganga Naalah at Darambugh Gopalpura Chadoora during wee hours of Tuesday. In the incident two vehicles which were parked on the banks of this road also partially damaged.

Authorities have mobolized rescue teams to assess the extent of the damage and restore electricity to the area which was snapped due to the damage to electricity poles and a transfarmer.

The residents have appealed to the authorities to construct a protective wall to prevent further damage, ensuring they can sleep peacefully without worry.
