Supreme Court stays Delhi High Court bail order ⚖️
In the 2017 Unnao r**e case, the Hon’ble Supreme Court has stayed the suspension of sentence granted by the Delhi High Court.

👉 As of now, Kuldeep Singh Sengar will continue to remain in jail.
👉 Suspension of sentence is not acquittal — the appeal is still pending before the Supreme Court.

Justice must not only be done, but must also be seen to be done.
