Yesterday (1st June-2026) honourable EM Medical Smti Probita Johori NCHAC visited Mahur PHC. During her visit she has interacted with the in-charge Dr. Lalbiaksangi Ralte and reviewed the functional status and issues of the hospital.
After the formal meeting with the in-charge she has interacted with all other staffs present . She gave full assurance of all required support for the upliftment of health department and appealed to all official s and staff's to deliver their best health care services to the masses

National Dengue Day was obsessed in Dima Hasao to raise awareness about the prevention of dengue fever and to encourage pre-monsoon preparedness before mosquito breeding seasons peak.

Mobile Academy training was conducted for 35 ASHAs under Mahur BPHC in the presence of DME, KMA Zonal Program Officer, BCM, and BDM.
A total of 15 ASHAs successfully completed the course with good scores, with the highest score being 43 out of 44.

Fire Safety Week 2026 is observed across the district in verious health facilities of Dima Hasao with the theme: “ Safe School, Safe Hospital & Fire Safety: Aware Society- Together for Fire Prevention”

Block level Review Meeting is conducted at Gunjung BPHC Conference Hall on 28-04-2026 under the chairmanship of Addl CM & HO(i/c) cm DIO madam.The meeting was attended by DSO madam ,DME,District Epidemiologist,District Consultant,VCCM and all staffs of Gunjung BPHC.

World Malaria Day, 25/4/26, observed with the theme " Driven to End Malaria: Now We Can. Now We Must" at Mahur , Gunjung, Langting, BPHC and Urban Health Centre( UHC)
The program was held is at villages, schools, bazars and community halls. Awareness meeting, blood slides collection, distribution of leaflets, Miking, source reduction and community Bednets were impregnated during the day long program
