On my birthday I am sharing my feelings...

Birthday, a really fun and exciting day to celebrate,
It helps us feel special and praise our trait.

Reason to come out of work and receive other’s wishes,
To also have the taste of different, favourite dishes.

Happiness comes, realising that one passed a year,
Due to good wishes, and this feeling, eyes may give out tears.

A day particularly special for one’s own birth,
Yet celebrating it with family, friends can make it even more worth.
