Meet the judge Tal Dori👋

Tal has co-founded IBI Capital Ltd in early 2016 and served as its CEO since then. Over the past few years, Tal has led the company to become Israel’s leading institution in financial services for companies and corporations in the fields of managing employee option plans, merger and acquisition transactions, valuations and analysis, and financing high-tech companies.

Before this position, Tal served as an investment manager and head of the deal room at the investment house.

Tal has a bachelor's and master's degree both from Tel Aviv University in economics and business administration and he holds an investment management license from the Securities Authority.
