Truth be told, I am not sure that non-diet or anti-diet dietitian is not an oxymoron. It depends on how you define diets and dieting. Non-diet dietitians prefer to think of the word in a neutral way... A diet is just the way we eat. No morality attached.
Anyhow, the non-diet paradigm goes way beyond the notion that diets don't work and aren't good for us. It is also about how questioning the culture that perpetuates our obsession with our weight and health status at the expense of living our lives.

My Mindfulness Based Intuitive Eating program is a 13 session course that is designed to help you develop a trusting, kind and caring relationship with your body, and the foods that both nourish and nurture it. In this program mindfulness practices are introduced in order to encourage you to cultivate a non-judgmental awareness of your internal and external experience, facilitate your ability to best meet your physical and emotional needs (Intuitive Eating) and grow your ability to appreciate, respect and take care of your body (Body Image Resilience).
My next group will be starting the week after Purim and will end at the end of June. (We will take a two week break for Passover.) The program includes 13 weekly, 90 minutes live sessions on Zoom.
