🔙 Back Where He Belongs! 💙💛

After six years away from long distance racing, Will Dawson made a superb return today at IRONMAN 70.3 Swansea.

Taking on the challenging Welsh course, Will crossed the line in an impressive 5:56:53, with a strong, consistent performance throughout:
🏊 35:39 swim
🚴 3:10:19 bike
🏃 1:55:59 run

A sub-6-hour finish at an IRONMAN 70.3 is a fantastic achievement and a testament to the hard work he's put in to get back to the start line.

🥈 Sarah Diamond Does It Again! 🔥

Less than 24 hours after an outstanding performance at the Two Provinces Triathlon in Lanesborough, where she finished 2nd overall in the Sprint National Championships, Sarah Diamond was back racing this morning, this time swapping the swim, bike and run for a flat-out 10 km effort at the Irish Life Fingal 10K in Swords.

The result? 🥈 2nd lady overall!

Backing up a National Series triathlon podium with a podium finish in one of Ireland's biggest road races on consecutive days is an incredible achievement and a testament to Sarah's consistency, strength and determination. The Fingal 10K is the opening race of the Irish Life Dublin Race Series and attracts a highly competitive field from across the country.

Massive congratulations to Sarah on an exceptional weekend of racing 💙💛👏
