You can lose weight and live your life. Itβs having the right strategy that works. No short term, quick fix or magic diet will help. But changing habits and being honest with yourself can make it a success. Be patient and aim for your best effort. Donβt give up if you wanted to start well in January and you had days that didnβt match your New Yearβs resolutions.
