You can lose weight and live your life. It’s having the right strategy that works. No short term, quick fix or magic diet will help. But changing habits and being honest with yourself can make it a success. Be patient and aim for your best effort. Don’t give up if you wanted to start well in January and you had days that didn’t match your New Year’s resolutions.
