It’s with a heavy heart that we say goodbye today to Ashbourne Community Games past secretary, our friend and colleague Mr Dinny Farrell. May you rest in peace.

The 2023 Community Games Art and Handwriting County Final took place last Sunday. Well done to all who participated, and congratulations to the Ashbourne medal winners listed below.
The children placed 1st and 2nd qualify for the National Finals, which will be held in Carlow on the 9th and 10th of September.
1st Place: Ciara Quilty - Girls Under 12 Art
2nd Place: Maria Babcinscaia - Girls Under 12 Handwriting
4th Place: Conor Duffy - Boys Under 8 Art
4th Place: Eabha Markey - Girls Under 8 Art
