Kildare Meditation Classes

A new round of classes will commence on Monday, October 28th. Classes run for 4 weeks from 7-9pm and the cost for the 4 week course is €75. The fee can be paid over the first 3 weeks if payment is difficult.
Week 1 looks at what mindfulness and meditation is, including posture set up and a short formal meditation technique.
Week 2 looks at the Mindfulness of Breathing, a core meditation technique which helps develop concentration and work with our own thoughts.
Week 3 explores the Metta Bhavana, a practice of loving kindness which helps to develop positive emotions and work with issues including anger.
Week 4 includes walking meditation and how to use mindfulness in your everyday life including in the work/ office environment.
Handouts/ notes are provided for all practices each week with refreshments each night.

Another round of classes completed. It's always a wonderful feeling to see the progress people make just over 4 weeks and the positive impact that meditation and mindfulness has on their life. A life changing experience for some people. Thank you to all that have attended the classes over the last year and a half.
