Join myself and Sacha Johnston for 'Deepening The Practice' for 1, or all 5 days on this wonderful course. Giving yourself the time and space to explore your Yoga practice with the teachings held by the Irish Yoga Association.
We will work through Asana ( Postures), Pranayama ( breathwork), relaxation, concentration, and meditation practices, with the foundation of Yoga Philosophy.

I put paint on paper and let the colour and shapes prompt the outcome and lastly a title.
Often there is no plan but the painting becomes an investigation of what I see happening around me.
First painting dates from late February 2022 and second painting was painted early February 2025.
