So the past few months have been challenging with my sewing limited first by back/sciatic pain and now by recovery from back surgery that I had almost 2 weeks ago now. I am β€’almostβ€’ back to feeling like I can sit at the sewing machine for a bit, so am hopeful I will be able to get a few more festive bags in the shop before Christmas. In the meantime. I do have a few fun bags I was able to complete before surgery and I am running a sale for Cyber Monday! I would love it if you are able to check out what I have in the shop - a few of which are shown above. Shop link is in my profile. I hope everyone is having an amazing holiday season so far! ❄️ 🎁 πŸŽ„ ⛄️

This serendipity skein colorway reminds me of apples - such an autumn feel as I knit on our front porch looking at the carpet of leaves (that we need to deal with yet, lol)… 🍎 🍏 🍁 πŸ‚ 🧢

Now that I’m done with blanket square knitting, I’m working on getting some new items up in the shop. Today I’m finishing up this tape measure cover - I love all of the possible color combinations but this is one of my favorites! Coming soon to the shop (link in bio).

This has now been gifted so I can finally share! Made this solid granny square blanket for my new nephew. Started in March and finished in June, 144 squares total in fi*****ng weight yarn (Cascade Heritage Sock). I am so happy with how it turned out! Love the pattern but might wait a while before doing any more granny squares, lol. Pattern is Blanket of Calm by .
