Our thriving medical dermatology and aesthetic clinic in North Dublin is expanding our team and seeking a resourceful, experienced manager dedicated to holistic patient care. The ideal candidate will ensure a superior service for our patients by managing the team through roles, responsibilities, procedures, and protocols. You’ll also help drive sales by analyzing team performance and supporting and encouraging the team.

We’re looking for someone efficient and exceptionally organised, with the ability to implement and monitor our office systems, reception and clinical staff, analyse performance, and budget and report weekly on KPI and revenue. The ideal candidate will be able to liaise clearly with our team and report to the CEO, and have a progressive mindset.

This role has potential for growth, and we’re an ambitious team, so there’s plenty of opportunity for a determined person to develop their career with us.
