"Nancy" showed up this morning at Ronin Crossfit - 5 Rds for Time of: 400m Run & 15 Overhead Squats at 42.5/30kg. Then a spicey 10 Rds of 9 US KB Swings, 6 Burpee Box Jumps, 3 Chest to Bar...Que Calor!!!
