This project involved a complete redesign of the garden to maximise space, improve functionality and create a premium outdoor living area that complements the home.

The existing garden featured ageing cobble-lock paving, a weathered pergola structure and oversized flower beds that restricted the usable space. Our goal was to open the garden up, improve the overall layout and deliver a clean, contemporary finish using premium materials throughout.

We recently completed this stunning garden renovation project in Shankill, transforming a dangerous old, worn-out timber deck into a stylish, low-maintenance outdoor living space designed to be enjoyed for years to come.

The complete Scope of Works involved the
Removal and disposal of the existing rotten timber decking.

Installation of premium Egyptian limestone paving to create a durable and elegant patio area.

Construction of bespoke bullnosed limestone steps, providing a seamless transition between levels and a high-end finish.

Creation of a decorative garden pathway using Egyptian limestone stepping stones set within Ballylusk Golden Quartz decorative stone.

Installation of Egyptian limestone cobbles to form attractive borders and define the newly created planting beds.

Supply and installation of a contemporary Venetian-style timber fence, enhancing privacy while adding a modern architectural feature.

Design and planting of new garden beds featuring a carefully selected mix of shrubs, ornamental plants, and specimen trees to provide year-round interest, colour, and texture.

Finishing of all landscaped areas with premium decorative stone and fresh planting to create a cohesive and visually striking garden design.

The completed garden now offers a beautiful, functional outdoor space that combines natural stone, elegant planting, and modern landscaping features. On this little project in Shankill for a lovely lady, we were tasked with the mission of tidying everything up following a hard winter, this involved power cleaning the natural Granite patio, and front door apron, which blasted away the algae and stains following winter, and brought back those beautiful colours which brighten up the property.

The flower beds got really overgrown and needed a lot of work trimming and shaping shrubs which had grown out of control at this stage. After the heavy work was finished, we needed all flower beds and then installed a thick layer of bark mulch to give these beds a fresh lease of life.

On this project in Tyrrelstown Dublin 15,

We installed 24 sqm of kandla Grey 20mm porcelain to create this beautiful Patio area that this family can enjoy all year round.
We also installed eco drainage channel and all drainage was fully connected throughout.

To offer maximum protection from the Irish weather we installed a covered pergola, consisting of Shiplap timber on both sides with a perspex front which provides a fully sheltered room while allowing maximum light.

Customers delighted with the finished results as it really transformed their garden from an unusable area to a space that the family can enjoy all year round.

On this project the customers wanted to completely start from scratch with what was a huge, but very outdated garden. With excavations removing over 60 tonnes of soil and concrete to clear the old garden and create a two tier garden.

For the sunken Patio we installed 40 square meters of Indianna blanco 20mm porcelain tiles, surrounded by a huge raised flower bed which acts as a main feature in the garden, finished off beautifully in white render.

We installed 50 sqm of 60mm charcoal cobble-lock to create a modern driveway for the customers that will last for years to come.
The driveway was installed on a fully permeable base for extra strength and maximum drainage, and the silver boarder really helps to make this driveway stand out, with a connecting pathway leading to the main patio area finished with beautiful black limestone setts.

The old fences had seen better days so we installed a venetian fence right around the garden, with a black canvas background to maximise privacy, we also installed up and down spot lights on the venetian fence which really enhances the design of the fence and garden.

We installed a new garden gate at the side entrance, a new door to offer some security to the garage, a new railway sleeper bed, and two tree surround flower beds to provide extra space for planting.

We then installed over 90sqm of new turf lawn to finish off a garden that will surely be a haven for this family for many years to come.
