I really can't believe there’s no confirmed dates for LC or JC results.

I think it's so tough on families and students trying to plan ahead.

You've got college accom, grants and holidays all to sort out without nothing concrete given til very late.

Youre just expected to "wait and see"

Leaving Cert results are already very close to the start of college as it is.
Not knowing the actual date this far on just adds extra stress for students and parents.

Surely these dates should be confirmed much earlier.

The only facts we really have are:

- Leaving Cert results -> usually released in late August.
- CAO Round One offers normally come out a few days later.
- Most colleges begin in early/mid September.
- Student accommodation in many areas is already under pressure long before results day.
- SUSI grant applications can be started before results are released.

Worth keeping an eye on official SEC and CAO announcements over the summer.
