I graduated with a BSc Hons Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy in June (2023) but yesterday I had a beautiful graduation ceremony in Dublin. I'm currently studying my Post Grad in Trauma Informed Psychotherapy.
Five years ago I felt it was a good time to turn my brain to something different... because I witnessed people suffering and being lost to mental illness, I thought maybe I could help someone in need and assist the mental health services in Ireland in some way. Turns out I absolutely love the work and embarked on a journey of discovery of myself and others.
What I've come to realise is that MUSIC actually always was a type of therapy for me and why it's still so important in my life.
I'm still here as a musician and writer but now a more curious one!
