Meet our Bishopstown Member Eva 👋🏼
Eva has been training with us since we started in Bishopstown and is one of our most consistent members. Although having a full time job and 3 young boys, she still trains at least 3x per week 💪🏼
No surprise that she’s hit some gym based goals over the last 15 months. Doing a full push up has been a target for a while now and you can see from her photo she’s mid rep (also after a few previous sets 😉)
Well done to Eva on completing a personal challenge and here’s to all the future goals getting ticked ✅

One of the big things we have worked extremely hard on over the past 3 years is to be able to provide our members with a streamlined communication between a multi-disciplinary team.
Being strength & fitness coaches we understand people need other skilled professionals regularly to help them move forward.
We work with athletic therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, cognitive behavioural therapists and understand how to communicate with these professionals so that you essentially have a high performance team behind you.
Eddy came referred to us with an injury that was being exacerbated by his sport and gym training.

Why did you approach Nebula Coaching?
I approached Nebula, when I was really struggling with a back injury, could barely walk and some of the simplest tasks would be extremely painful to do.
What was your biggest success with being coached to date?
Being able to get back on the pitch relatively pain free for training and matches. Previous to this I would have been a write off for 2 or 3 days after a session, whether it be in the gym or on the field.
How was the coaching process?
The coaching is second to none, all the sessions on the app are flooded with detail on exactly how to perform each exercise. The 1 to 1 sessions in the gym were unreal for getting the exact technique, and the reasons why we were doing certain things
What would you say to someone else who might have the same goal as you?
As I was close to stepping away from playing sports as I felt I wasn’t able to perform without getting injured, or not being able to walk for 2 or 3 days. The detail adam went to to get me back on the field was incredible.

Why did you approach Nebula Coaching?
I approached Adam and Nebula coaching in order to improve my on going hamstring issues and to improve my over all performance on the pitch to get the most out of myself.
What was your biggest success with being coached to date?
I am back playing consistently without any of the ongoing niggles that I have had in the past.
How was the coaching process?
I found Adam very insightful and explained why we were doing each exercise so it was helpful and made sticking to the process easier. Adam broke down exercises specific to my needs and weakness in order to get the best results. The holistic approach of stress management and breathing was also useful.
What would you say to someone else who might have the same goal as you?
Get in touch and don’t look back. Adam is very approachable in his manner with dealing with people individually. I personally found the simplicity of his approach helpful in achieving goals.
