Workers Representative Groups

The establishment keep repeating the mantra that in 20 years time there will be far fewer people working than there are now and more people in retirement. This has now become the accepted narrative of the mainstream Media. It is lie. This Lie has been repeated so often it has now replaced the fact that the workforce in Ireland today is an excess of 2.3 million which is substantially higher than the numbers of people in the workforce 30 years ago. In the 1980s there were less than 1 million people working.
This is is the method used by Neo liberals to force workers to fund their own pensions and remove the obligation from the state to provide a fair pension for workers in retirement
