Due to the poor road conditions and in the interest of everyone's safety our Gym will open at the later time of 11.00am today Monday 5th January 2025.

We will advise further if needs must here on page.

Please take note that our GYM will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, 3rd September 2024, from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm to facilitate a planned power outage by the ESB.

We are delighted to announce that we will have a new Personal Trainer joining our team after the Christmas break.

We would like to welcome:

"ROWAN HILL" (PT)

We are super excited to have ROWAN coming on board with us here at Riverside GYM Clonakilty immediately after Christmas. ROWAN will be available for one to one personal training sessions and gym induction sessions.
ROWAN brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise along with years of experience in the fitness industry and has a massive proven track record.

ROWAN will be kicking off group fitness classes in the Clonakilty GAA Sports & Leisure Complex on Monday, 8th January 2024. (More details to follow soon).
