Ardee Boot Camp

We're back tonight from 7-8pm with our partner circuit class with a few new exercises.

We will be taking a break from Bootcamp this week to recharge the batteries and then start a new 6 week program that will take us to Christmas.
The new program will be a 'Total Transformation' and will include a run and exercises on Sunday mornings as well as two different classes during the week that will get us all in shape for the festive period.

Too dangerous running outside in these dark evenings?
