This is a 9.2Kw roof mounted system using 20 460w panels all paired back to a 5Kw hybrid inverter.

We also installed,
- A 12.8Kw battery to store any surplus solar power.
- A hot water diversion unit to heat the houses cylinder with any surplus solar power.
- A change over switch for emergency backup power.

We recently installed this 19 panel 8.36Kwh solar system in a local home, included in the system is a 5Kwh solar inverter, a 5.3Kwh battery storage unit, a water heating unit connected to the houses immersion and an electric car charger which is shown below.

We also fitted a surface mounted double socket in which is powered off of the inverters AC backup power, to be used to power lights and small appliances during a power outage.
