Ieri due aziende hanno perso credibilità per lo stesso motivo: negligenza.

Un supplier di formaggi mi ha fatto aspettare un’intera giornata per un link di registrazione… che poi non funzionava. Risultato: ordine perso.

Un negozio mi ha venduto la Apple Pencil sbagliata nonostante avessi comunicato il modello corretto dell’iPad. Ore p***e, soldi anticipati e rimborso da aspettare.

Molti imprenditori pensano che un dipendente costi solo lo stipendio.
