HERE ARE THREE WAYS YOU CAN START IMPROVING YOUR LIFE TODAY

1. Meditate: what is your inner voice telling you? Is it cheering you on or being a critical prick? Decide how you want it to sound and actively begin thinking thoughts that are rooted in self love and self belief. Keep it up and soon you’ll believe those thoughts, and positive self talk will occur automatically.

2. Treat life like a mirror: whatever you put out will be reflected back to you. Are you actively seeking joy and fun each day? Or are you moping through life focused on all the things you hate? Once you begin prioritizing joy and choosing happiness everything will change. It’s so damn simple. But people like to pretend things are complicated.

3. Stop hanging out with as****es: are your friends actually your friends or do you just get drunk together a lot? Start being picky af about who you spend your time with because they will influence who you are, and your whole life. Choose friends with intention. Do you want friends who are more outdoorsy, spiritual, career driven? Choose people who uplift and support you, and get away from the ones who spend their time gossiping and judging.

You have all of the power to make your life whatever you want

Please don’t waste years worrying about the opinions of people *who you don’t even actually like*

Don’t let their unimportant opinions of you stop you from doing anything
