Ever invested everything you have into something, only for it to suddenly come to a close?
A relationship, a business, a field of work...
Have you considered the possibility that you've filled your circle of karma in that layer of your purpose?
As you navigate life you will experience layer after layer of purpose, each one getting closer to your deepest purpose.
The outer purposes are often inherited from your parents, your upbringing, or childhood experiences.
Perhaps your father was a doctor, so you wanted to be a doctor. Or in reaction to him you decided to become an engineer.
You will pursue this cause until you fulfil your karma in that layer of your purpose, before the next layer presents itself.
If your deepest purpose is to empower others as a teacher or leader, before you dedicate yourself to this you will work your way through the concentric circles of opportunities, partners, successes and failures - providing you with the tools and experiences to embody that deepest purpose.
Should you find yourself in a state where "things should be going better...".
Consider that if they were to be any better, you would deviate and drift away from your deepest purpose that awaits you.
This one mental model alone claws me through failure, forcing me to look for the lessons and "breadcrumbs" that pull me in the right direction.
In this week’s issue of my newsletter threemail., I explore this idea further alongside The Butterfly Effect, Positioning, and the Reticular Activating System.
It will be sent at 3pm UK time tomorrow (Tuesday) — head to the link in my bio to receive it in your inbox 📥

I used supplements to help me overcome IBS, and now use them in my ongoing journey to optimal health 🌿
I also travel with everything I own, and a portion of this is always dedicated to supplements 📦
So what do I lug around with me?
Before we dive in, I hired a researcher to help me create a 52 page supplement guide that I’m giving away 📗
Months of work, and you just have to comment “GUIDE” and never research a supplement again, sound fair? 💬
Let’s get into it:
1️⃣ Tri-Magnesium from — specifically for muscle/nerve function and sleep quality
This one contains magnesium l-threonate that crosses the blood-brain barrier so it’s also perfect for brain heath 🧠
2️⃣ My own nervous system blend: Gotu Kola, Tulsi (Holy Basil) & Lions Mane 🦁
3️⃣ Adrenal Stress Formula from — a blend of Ashwagandha, Siberian Ginseng, Rehmannia, Liqourice & Rhodiola
I’ll take this for 30 days every few months to combat fatigue/burnout and generally find a state of calm 🧘♂️
4️⃣ Herbal “uppers”, as I like to call them: Shilajit, Ginkgo Biloba & Tribulus Terrestris
Above all else, these just make me feel like I could run through a wall ⚡️
5️⃣ L-Theanine: Naturally occurring amino acid (found in green tea) with calming effects — I take alongside magnesium before sleep or on high caffeine days 🍵
6️⃣ Zinc: Great for immune function and maintaining a healthy gut lining 🛠️
7️⃣ B vitamins: Help the body convert food into energy + important for optimal brain function (taken sparingly if I’m not consuming a lot of animal products) 🔥
8️⃣ Ubiquinol/L-Glutathione: Reduces oxidative stress and boost cellular health so I can become a centenarian 💪
9️⃣ Creatine & L-Glutamine: This increases brain/training performance, and in the case of L-Glutamine supports a health gut lining and leads to better digestion and absorption of foods 💥
🔟 Zeolitte Powder: This is a binder used for detoxification due to its high affinity to toxins and heavy metals. Because zeolitte isn’t absorbed by the body it carries these substances out with it as it passes through you 🦠
Don’t forget to comment “GUIDE” 💬
