To take charge of your life and what’s in it.

To know that when we take accountability and heal we can create healthy boundaries to have HEALTHY relationships.

Romantic, friends and in work. When we live a life of feeling disrespected or even abused we become shells of our selves.

Let the emotion of feeling disrespected show you a boundary you need to create.

It’s also my love language.

I love the feeling of being proud of someone and I love the feeling of someone being proud of me.

It’s such an expensive feeling in both directions.

But it can take work to accept the feeling from ourselves and others.

Affirmation and acknowledgement play fundamental roles in our personal growth and mental well-being.

Few words carry as much weight and warmth as the phrase “I’m proud of you.”

It’s a simple line and does not cost anything, yet its impact can be immense in someone’s day, life, or healing journey.

Let’s be generous with our kind words and make the conscious choice to tell our friends, family, colleagues, and even strangers when we’re genuinely proud of their efforts and achievements.
