1.⁠ ⁠What’s your favourite part about working for Expat. Roasters?
What I enjoy most is the combination of creativity, hospitality, and coffee culture. I like being part of a team that cares about quality while still creating a welcoming experience for people.

2.⁠ ⁠What’s the most memorable drink order you’ve made?
One regular customer loves our Iced Latte Caramel with almond milk.
Because our caramel is homemade the balance is not too sweet and then paired with almond milk - it's perfect.

3.⁠ ⁠What’s your favourite Bean on rotation?
Terra, it’s balanced but never boring 😉.
I love how it starts with dark chocolate and nutty notes, but still has a bright fruity acidity and a fermented cherry finish that keeps it interesting. It’s smooth, comforting, and complex at the same time.

4.⁠ ⁠What song is currently on your playlist?

5.⁠ ⁠What’s one underrated coffee drink we should try more often?
I think oat milk lattes are underrated, especially made with beans that have nutty or chocolate notes. The texture is super smooth and it naturally makes the coffee taste sweeter without overpowering it.

6.⁠ ⁠Favourite way to spend a day off in Bali?
A perfect day off for me is good coffee, good food, a nice café atmosphere, and exploring new places around Bali without rushing.

7.⁠ ⁠What keeps you inspired in coffee?
That there’s always something new to learn and experience. I love how coffee connects people, creates conversations, and can completely change someone’s mood. I also enjoy trying different beans, cafés, and brewing styles because every cup has its own character.

8.⁠ ⁠Any hidden talents outside of coffee?
