When we set out to create a new dish, we start with an idea. We gather the ingredients, the tools, and our knowledge. But even with everything in place, the final look of the dish often remains uncertain until the very end.

Duck & Pea Velouté is this week’s special - a creation we envisioned a week ago. The visual contrast on the plate is sure to spark curiosity.

When we say comfort food, we say family. With this thought in mind, we created this week’s special, The Classic: potato puree, chicken wrapped in crispy bacon with feta cheese and sundried tomatoes, all topped with Parmesan sauce.
